Elite Level-6 Drywall Finishing Coating
Traditionally a level-5 finish is the top specification for finished drywall.
We would like to take you to the next level, and introduce you to the Level-6 coating system.
Drywall (Plasterboard) is typically painted with three layers: One of primer and two coats of paint. Depending on
the level of finish specified, a skim coat of plaster may also be required.
Elite Level-6 has been developed to be used in conjunction with taping and jointing.
It is a self-priming, self -leveling finish coat which contains a light skim coat. It is
designed to be applied directly onto new plasterboard and plaster.
Spraying galvanised metal
The old way
Standard paints will not adhere to galvansised metal, so painting was a three-stage process: Acid wash, prime and final coat. This is a labour-intensive and expensive way of getting the job done.
The new way
Our unique and exclusive Dry Fall coatings have been specifically developed to adhere
to galvanised metal.
Once applied, the paint is there for good. It will not crack,
flake or peel and the coating is extremely resilient and resistant to scratch damage. No need
to acid-wash and no need for priming. Painting
is now a one-stage process - a huge saving in labour costs and a better finish at
the end of it.
